Access to the Website and/or APPS includes any information, graphics, documents, applications, advertisements, and materials uploaded or downloaded by you, our partners, associates, or anyone else so authorized. In the case that you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part thereof, you must not access or use this Website and/or APPS.
Notechit provides Services for note creation, sharing, and searching, catering to various educational levels and businesses for workforce training. We permit your use of the Services within the Terms and in compliance with any domestic, national, or international laws that may be applicable to your use from your location, and with the acceptance of additional guidelines and requirements detailed in our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and other documents available on our website. This document may refer to your responsible obligation to comply with the collective requirements of all legal guidance posted on our website.
Your acceptance for use of Notechit Services is deemed as soon as you have signed up and are using the website and/or APPS. This acceptance includes the responsibility to accept actions done through your use of the Service and actions completed on behalf of all entities you may be representing using your registered account, and for any consequences thereof. If any of these entities are registered and have a separate account on the Website, it will not prejudice your conduct and use of the service, either directly or on their behalf.
