🛒 Ingredients (1 serving):

  • Rolled oats – ½ cup (not instant oats)

  • Water or low-fat milk – 1 cup (or use unsweetened almond milk)

  • Chia seeds – 1 tsp

  • Flaxseeds (ground) – 1 tsp

  • Almonds or walnuts (chopped) – 1 tbsp

  • Berries (blueberries/strawberries) – a handful (optional, fresh or frozen)

  • Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp

  • A pinch of salt – optional

  • Stevia or monk fruit sweetener – optional (avoid sugar or honey)
