Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) – 50 g 🌿 (enhances memory & concentration)

Jaggery or Sugar – 500 g
Honey – 250 g 🍯
Water – 2 liters 💧
Take all the herbs (Brahmi, Shankhpushpi, Ashwagandha, Jatamansi, Tulsi, Mulethi, Pipali).
Boil in 2 liters water → reduce to 1/4th (around 500 ml).
Strain and keep aside.
In another pan, add 500 g jaggery (or sugar) with 500 ml water.
Heat until it forms a thick syrup (1-string consistency).
Mix the herbal decoction into the syrup slowly.
Cook on low flame until it thickens.
Once cooled, add 250 g honey and stir well.
Keep in a glass bottle in a cool, dry place.
Shelf-life: 2–3 months (if refrigerated, even longer).
Adults → 2 tsp daily (morning & evening)
Children (above 5 years) → 1 tsp daily
